Pain-free back just after 8 classes after 8 years in pain
I started Pilates to strengthen my body and may be lose some of the pain which I had had for 8 years. I feel stronger, pain is gone in the hip--pelvis---lower--back area. I slowly become more aware of how my body works and what it is telling me. You are a great teacher, Nadd! You have strengthened my body and I am painless after just 8 classes - there is still work for me to do, but I had never dreamt of being painless in such a short amount of time...and I believe this can be a permanent feeling.

Renewed passion for swimming & skiing minus the pain

I’m an avid swimmer but after a few laps in the pool, my shoulders used to hurt. Often to the point that I ended up with a headache. After I started Back Care Pilates, the pain went away.
I also love skiing. Ski holiday is when I feel I’m most relaxed but my body would ache for many days afterwards. I just got back from my yearly ski trip and for the first time, no pain! All I did differently was I started this Pilates programme three months ago. - Alyona
Addressed old back injuries with increased flexibility and new body awareness
I started Pilates to address my old injuries. I hesitated in the beginning because of the cost, time commitment and I didn’t know if the programme was effective. But after the programme, I have gained new body awareness. I have also gained flexibility. I enjoyed some of the fast-moving challenges that we did in the sessions. The sessions were fun, filled with humour and positive energy.

Taking on physio’s recommendation
Pilates was recommended by my physiotherapist for my back pain so I thought I should give it a try but I was quite nervous. Nadd has been so patient and is always really clear and calm explaining what she would like me to do. She pushes me to try new things but only as far as I comfortable and my confidence has definitely grown as the lessons have progressed.
My overall body strength is also improving and my wobbly tummy is slowly firming up!! I would definitely recommend training with Nadd. She is very knowledgeable in teaching Pilates and I feel she really adapts the lesson specifically for me and my needs which is great. Ankle, hip and back pain gone
I started with Love Pilates in August 2023. I had my baby over a year prior and I still didn’t feel anywhere near recovered. I had back and hip pain and foot pain, had a weak pelvic fIoor which was impacting everyday life. I felt so out of balance.

A physio & osteo’s take on Back Care Pilates programme
I’m doing the Back Care Pilates programme as a gift to myself. After dealing with stress related health issues in the past years, I’m prioritising and rediscovering my physical and mental health. My work as a physiotherapist and osteopath meant that I spent a lot of time taking care of others so it’s time to take care of myself. I’m happy with the progress. My hips and knees are better. I can perform my daily activities with ease. I know consistency is key so the regular classes and home practice have been beneficial.
In the gym setting, many assessed me as strong but the aggressive approach wasn't working for me because I didn’t have the stability and that took a toll on my body. In this programme, we work on progression and fine tuning the work. Nadd is comfortable with my background when other instructors have found it quite intimidating. I’m impressed with her ability to break down the movements (even some of the most competent people I’d worked with, couldn’t) and that's really important for me and my body.
